Caramelized French Onion Dip


  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1

Sautée onion and garlic in the olive oil over medium-low heat until brown (about 20 min). Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Step 2

In a bowl combine cooled onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Chill 30 minutes.
