Zesty Apple Kielbasa


  • 2 links kielbasa
  • 1 jar apple jelly
  • ½ jar grey poupon (or another dijon mustard)


Step 1

Cut kielbasa into 1/2″ – 1″ pieces.

Step 2

Brown kielbasa in saucepan. Add apple jelly and turn heat low.

Step 3

Once the apple jelly is melted add the mustard. Mix well and let simmer for up to 1/2 hour.

Serve with toothpicks and a coarse or sweet mustard to dip in.
